Starting as a Tool and Die Maker at Solar Turbines, he mastered tolerances down to ±0.0001″ and refined his skills in GD&T. At Ametek, he furthered his expertise in Injection Mold Making, working with high-performance alloys and applying advanced heat-treating techniques for durability.
As the founder of FJM Manufacturing, John combines technical skill with hands-on project management, from CNC programming to quality assurance. He operates advanced machinery such as ProtoTrak mills, Wire EDM for intricate cuts, VTL (Vertical Turret Lathe) for large components, and surface grinders for fine finishing. His expertise in toolpath optimization, fixture design, and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software enables him to handle complex part geometries with micrometric precision.
