A production shop needs a run to make the setup pay for itself. That arithmetic never applies here. There is no tooling to amortise and no minimum quantity, so a single adapter plate or one obsolete bracket is not a harder order than fifty of them.

A part that survives in a single broken example is the hardest thing to buy and one of the more straightforward things to machine. The work is in the measurement. The original is measured on a granite plate feature by feature, and worn surfaces are judged against the features that did not wear, so the replacement matches the design instead of the damage. If the part you need is not on this list, send it anyway — most of what comes through the door was never on anybody’s list. Where a job needs custom workholding, that gets designed and cut here too.

Motorsport and restoration work rarely arrives with a clean set of prints. That is normal here. What matters is what you can put in front of us.

6061 and 7075 aluminum, stainless in 303, 304, 316, 420 and 440, 17-4 PH in the condition your print calls for, titanium by grade, and Delrin, UHMW or PTFE where a part has to run dry. Anodizing, plating, passivation, heat treatment and bead blasting are coordinated through vendors on the same order, and parts come back through the shop for inspection before they ship.
Bracketry, adapters, linkage and dyno fixtures between events, when the calendar sets the lead time rather than the drawing does.
The part is no longer made and the drawing was never digital. We measure the original and cut a new one.

Yes, and it is most of what we do. A photo and rough dimensions are enough to start the conversation, then mail or drop off the original. Quotes go out the next business day.
Yes. The minimum order has always been one part. There is no tooling to pay off and no setup minimum to reach, so a quantity of one is priced as the job it actually is.
Not by default. Worn surfaces are measured against the features that did not wear, so the replacement matches how the part was designed to fit. If you want it reproduced exactly as it is now, say so and that is what you will get.
Often, yes. Tell us what the part does and what it bolts to, and you will get a straight opinion on what machines and behaves the way you need. The final call stays with you.
Quotes go out the next business day. Most single parts run about a week, sometimes two when a vendor process like anodizing or heat treatment sits in the middle. If something is holding up a build this week, say so when you send it.
FJM machines and inspects the part; the install is yours or your builder’s. If you want it checked against the mating hardware before it ships, send that along and it gets fitted here first.
