Machining

Machining services

CNC machining

Precision machining of custom parts from prototype through ongoing production batches.

Custom fixtures

Workholding designed and built in-house by a trained Tool and Die Maker.

3D scanning

Reverse engineering from a physical sample when no drawing or model exists.

Tolerance

Tolerances and surface finish

Tolerances held to ±0.0001″ on critical features, proven across multiple medical device contracts.

Tight tolerances live on the features that need them. Opening up the ones that do not is usually the fastest way to bring a part cost down, and that is a conversation worth having before the first cut rather than after the first quote.

Materials

Materials we run

If the material you need is not listed, ask — the list reflects what runs regularly rather than an absolute limit.

Inspection

Inspection and documentation

Every part is inspected against print before it ships. 100% inspection, not sampling.

Plenty of shops with a coordinate measuring machine inspect one part in twenty. Every part measured, against print, before it ships is a different commitment — and on small and medium batches it is the one that matters.

Finishing

Secondary processes we manage

Anodizing & plating

Managed through qualified outside vendors on your behalf.

Heat treatment

Coordinated as part of the job so you receive a finished part.

Passivation & electropolishing

Standard on stainless medical and instrument work.

Laser marking

Part numbers, lot codes and identification marking.

Glass bead blasting

Surface conditioning and finish uniformity.

Light assembly

Sub-assembly work so parts arrive ready to use.

FAQ

Common questions

There is no minimum order quantity. A single prototype, a one-off replacement, or a repair part is a real job here.

Quotes come back the next business day. Rush service is available, including next-morning turnaround on suitable jobs. The shop opens at 6:00 AM Monday through Friday.

Tolerances to ±0.0001″ on critical features. Every part is inspected against print before it ships — 100% inspection, not sampling — on a granite surface plate with a TESA height gauge.

Yes. Anodizing, plating, heat treatment and passivation are managed on your behalf, so parts arrive finished rather than as raw machined blanks. Light assembly is also available.

CONFIRM THE LIST — typically STEP, IGES, SolidWorks part files, Parasolid, DXF and dimensioned PDF drawings. A physical sample part with no drawing is also accepted and can be 3D scanned.

CONFIRM — state maximum travels and, if applicable, maximum turning diameter and length.
