The problem

Nobody wants a one-part order

A part fails. Production stops. The OEM quotes ten weeks or does not stock it any more. The shops you call want a minimum quantity, or a drawing you do not have, or they will get to it next month.

Single-part urgent work is genuinely awkward for a production shop — it interrupts a run for very little revenue. That is why you get a no.

This shop is built the other way round. Small, urgent, difficult work is the core business rather than the interruption.

FAQ

Common questions

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity and single-part orders are normal work here.

That is fine. Bring the part — even broken — and we will scan and measure it to produce the geometry.

Quotes come back the next business day, and rush service is available including next-morning turnaround on suitable jobs. If it is urgent, call rather than email.

Often. A part that failed once will usually fail the same way again, and a change of material or a larger radius in the right place is worth discussing before it is cut.

Yes. The model and fixture are retained, so the second one is considerably quicker than the first.
