One purchase order. One point of contact.
FJM Manufacturing machines your part and manages the finishing — anodizing, plating, heat treatment, passivation, electropolishing, laser marking and bead blasting — so what arrives is ready to use rather than ready for the next vendor.
Tolerances to ±0.0001″ · No minimum order · Next-business-day quotes
A machined part is rarely finished when it comes off the machine. It may need heat treatment, then plating or anodizing, then marking, then a surface treatment — and most machine shops hand you the raw part and a list of people to call.
That leaves you managing four quotes, four lead times, four shipping legs and four relationships, for one part. When the schedule slips, working out whose fault it is takes longer than the delay itself.
FJM manages the chain. One purchase order, one contact, one shop accountable for the finished part.
Type and colour to your specification, coordinated as part of the job.
Scheduled around the machining so the sequence is right.
Standard on stainless medical and instrument work.
Where surface finish and cleanability are specified.
Part numbers, lot codes and identification.
Surface conditioning and uniform finish.
These processes are performed by qualified outside vendors. That is worth saying plainly, because a shop claiming everything is in-house is usually not being straight with you.
What matters is who is accountable. FJM selects the vendor, sequences the work, checks what comes back, and carries the responsibility for the finished part. If something needs re-running, that is one phone call to one person — not a negotiation between suppliers about whose problem it is.
Tolerances held to ±0.0001″ on critical features. Every part is inspected against print before it ships — 100% inspection, not sampling — on a granite surface plate with a TESA height gauge.
Aluminum 6061 and 7075. Stainless 303, 304, 316, 420, 440 and 17-4 PH. Carbon steels and mold steels. Titanium. Brass, bronze and copper. Engineering plastics including Delrin, PEEK, UHMW and PTFE.
No — they are performed by qualified outside vendors, managed by FJM on your behalf. You deal with one supplier and one purchase order; FJM handles the sequencing and accountability.
Usually yes. Send the specification with the drawing and it will be quoted with the job.
Light assembly, yes — so parts can arrive ready to use rather than as a kit.
There is no minimum order quantity. A single prototype, a one-off replacement, or a repair part is a real job here.
Quotes come back the next business day. Rush service is available, including next-morning turnaround on suitable jobs. The shop opens at 6:00 AM Monday through Friday.
