There is no sales desk here. The person quoting your part is the person cutting it — a machinist with 15+ years on the controls.

For prototype work that matters more than people expect. When you are iterating, the question you want answered is “if I move this boss two millimetres, does it get cheaper?” At a larger shop that goes through an estimator and comes back in three days. Here you get a real answer on the phone.

From prototype into production

A prototype that cannot be reproduced is not much use. Fixtures and documented setups are retained, so when a design is approved the same process runs again — and the tenth batch measures like the first.

Ongoing small batches are the shop’s core business rather than an inconvenience between big runs. If your programme needs 100 pieces at a time on a release schedule, that is a normal order here.

Tolerances and inspection

Tolerances held to ±0.0001″ on critical features. Every part is inspected against print before it ships — 100% inspection, not sampling — on a granite surface plate with a TESA height gauge.

What comes with the work

Materials

Aluminum 6061 and 7075. Stainless 303, 304, 316, 420, 440 and 17-4 PH. Carbon steels and mold steels. Titanium. Brass, bronze and copper. Engineering plastics including Delrin, PEEK, UHMW and PTFE.

Yes. We can work from a sketch, a concept, or a physical sample, and produce the CAD and CAM to make it. 3D scanning is available for existing parts.

That is what the design-for-manufacturability review is for. Small changes to tolerances, corner radii, wall thickness or material often move cost substantially, and it is much easier before the first part is cut.

Yes. Fixtures and setups are retained, so approved designs run again consistently. Ongoing batch releases are standard work here.

There is no minimum order quantity. A single prototype, a one-off replacement, or a repair part is a real job here.
